Kevin Hickey is the Executive Vice President and COO of EcoQuest/Aerus LLC and DBG Group Investments, LLC. He is also the Vice President and a director of Aerusco, Inc. (the managing member of Aerus Holdings, LLC). Mr. Hickey joined the Aerus business in December 1977. Since that time, Mr. Hickey has held various management and executive positions such as Vice President of Field Administration and Executive Vice President of Administration, most recently. Mr. Hickey holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia State University, and has completed course work toward an MBA at Kennesaw State College.

Carl C. Christoff joined Aerus LLC in January 2002 and is the EcoQuest/Aerus' President and Chief Legal Officer. He is also the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of DBG Group Investments, LLC. From April 2000 to 2004, he served as Vice President of Engles Urso Follmer Capital Corporation, a Dallas-based investment firm. From January 1984 to March 2000, Mr. Christoff was an attorney with Stutzman & Bromberg in Dallas, Texas, where he served on the firm's management committee. Mr. Christoff obtained his undergraduate degree from Mount Union College and a law degree from Tulane University. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas.

Mark Battista has twenty years of experience with start-up ventures in the telecommunications, construction, environmental, manufacturing, and gaming industries. He received his BS in electrical engineering from Michigan State University. He currently holds a masters degree in business administration from SMU.

As founder and Vice President for L. Battista Electrical Construction he managed a 300 employee, 25 million dollar organization, for 10 years. After acquiring Voice Retrieval & Information Services in 1989, he has been instrumental in developing one of the largest local Real Estate Networks in the country. Voice Retrieval also provides electronic and web-based voting services for state and local governments. In 1987, he established National Waste Inc. a non-hazardous liquid waste treatment facility in Dallas, Texas, which was later sold to a large waste company in Houston, TX. Mark joined the EcoQuest/Aerus Holdings team as EVP, and will be responsible for manufacturing, engineering, IT, distribution, and other key areas of EcoQuest International as well as DBG Group where he also serves as EVP.

Bill Coyle joined Aerus Canada, Inc. in 1972 as a sales rep in their college program, and has held various managerial and executive positions in Sales, Finance, Marketing and Administration until January 2003. At that time, his employment was transferred to our U.S. affiliate Aerus LLC, where he serves as the Vice President of Training and Education for EcoQuest International. Mr. Coyle is also the Executive Vice President of Sales of DBG Group Investments, LLC. Bill graduated from Dawson College in Montreal, Quebec with a Business Administration degree, and has completed additional course work at Concordia (Montreal) and York (Toronto) Universities in marketing and accounting. Bill is fluent in English, French and speaks some Italian, Japanese, and Mandarin as well.

Bret Holland is the Chief Financial Officer of EcoQuest/Aerus Holdings LLC.Mr. Holland joined the Aerus team in November of 1998. During that time he has held the positions of Director of Finance, VP-Finance, as well as his current position of Chief Financial Officer. Prior to his tenure with Aerus, Mr. Holland held the position of Controller for Interceramic, Inc., a Dallas, TX based manufacturer of ceramic floor tile. Prior to that, he worked in public accounting for the national firm Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Holland has maintained a CPA license since 1992. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Business Administration. Mr. Holland lives in Garland, Texas with his wife Melissa. They are expecting their first child in March 2009.

Anil Agrawal is currently dedicated to EcoQuest special projects. His business objectives are to lead, manage, measure and apply his skills in management of the company to gain profits, by using efficient and effective resources. He is known as a “turn around” guy with his creative and analytical problem solving techniques.

Anil is a native Nepalese, and has lived in the United States for the last twelve years. While in Nepal, he managed his family's successful international businesses, including a restaurant and a movie production company. He came to the United States to further his education with a vision to succeed. He received his Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, TN. Some of his previous professional experiences include VP of International Operations and Development and Operations Manager for EcoQuest, as well as Systems Analyst and Senior Systems Analyst for Alpine Industries.

Anil resides in Jonesborough, TN with his wife, Leena and a daughter, Amisha.

Prior to EcoQuest, Greg led and managed work forces of up to 200 employees in a successful effort to increase manufacturing production by up to 42% and improved quality defect rates by 36% in less than two years at Teledyne Ryan Aeronautical, one of the largest government aircraft manufacturing facilities in the United States. After leaving corporate manufacturing, Greg started a very successful direct marketing company offering leading edge hi-tech products and neutraceuticals. He is now considered by many as one of the United States leading authorities in marketing and direct response advertising. Greg helped assemble a team of independent entrepreneurs in EcoQuest who through the proven Creating Wealth From Home marketing system have collectively been responsible for product sales totaling approximately $1/2 billion dollars US. He has a tremendous amount of marketing, management and leadership experience. He and his business partner Jon Bender separately created one of the largest direct response marketing infrastructure programs in the United States, including business building tools, video and TV production, Internet services, telephony, lead generation and other resources to help in the success of their growing distributor force. Greg is happily married to his wife Marie and they have 3 children and 3 grandchildren. Greg does not take full credit for his success; instead he gives the glory to God, which he believes is where his true success comes from.

Jon is the former Vice President of Business Development for Nightingale-Conant's Lifescapes division. Jon is recognized world wide for his ability to develop profitable turnkey systems to generate, qualify, close and develop prospects into customers. Jon is co-creator of one of the largest direct marketing lead generating programs of its kind in the United States. This program is responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in sales, and provides customized marketing support infrastructure including state-of-the-art voice mail and web-site systems, follow-up customer information packages, and interactive coaching and training systems for thousands of independent sales representatives.
